- U.S. size 7 (1.65 mm) Crochet Hook
Instructions:
- Over a single foundation cord: Sc 96.
- Ch 1 to turn.
- Return over the cord: 35 Sc, hooking into both horizontal loops for each St.
- Ch 1 to turn.
- Over the cord (2nd Branch): Sc 25.
- Sl St into the 20 St of the last Row (the 20th St form the start of that leaf segment).
- Ch 1 to turn.
- Return over the cord: Sc 25.
- Sc 8 over the cord, and hooking into the foundation Row.
- Ch 1 to turn.
- Over the cord (3rd branch): Sc 25.
- Sl St into the 15th St of the 2nd branch.
- Ch 1 to turn.
- Return over the cord: Sc 25.
- Sc 8 over the cord, and hooking into the foundation Row.
- Ch 1 to turn.
- Over the cord (4th branch): Sc 25.
- Sl St into the 15th St of the 3rd branch.
- Ch 1 to turn.
- Return over the cord: Sc 25.
- Sc 8 over the cord, and hooking into the foundation Row.
- Ch 1 to turn.
- Over the cord (5th branch): Sc 15.
- Sl St into the 8th St of the 4th branch.
- Ch 1 to turn.
- Return over the cord: Sc 15.
- Continue to work your way back to the beginning of the leaf: Sc 37, hooking into the foundation Row.
- Bend the base into a ring: Sl St into the bottom of the 24th St form the base.
- Fasten off.
